Specialises in finance transformation, post-acquisition integration, operating model redesign and performance management, with a track record of stabilising complex finance environments and turning fragmented reporting into trusted management information.

Key experience includes

  • Led a multi-year global finance transformation programme at State Street Corporation spanning 30+ countries and c.2,000 staff, delivering c.US$25m annualised savings.
  • Led finance and actuarial operating model redesign at QBE Insurance Group, delivering c.US$6m annualised savings.
  • As COO/CFO at IG Wines, rebuilt finance, governance and reporting infrastructure and stabilised liquidity during a significant ownership transition.
  • At Travelex, led finance transformation spanning reporting, audit readiness, profitability visibility and financial governance.

FCCA-qualified finance systems specialist with 25+ years' experience helping organisations improve reporting, controls and cash visibility through better systems, data and automation. Specialises in ERP implementation, finance data migration, reporting automation and process industrialisation, creating reliable reporting and governance structures that finance teams can own and sustain long after implementation.

Key experience includes

  • Led end-to-end finance data migrations across 25+ entities at WGSN and 20+ entities at Ascential, establishing trusted, auditable finance data foundations.
  • Rebuilt reporting, reconciliation and cash management processes at IG Wines, improving liquidity and strengthening governance across the finance function.
